Apathetic to all occurrences
I’m made of mostly water
But no tears can be shed

Or a worm that never experiences the rain
I am a boat stuck on the shore
Or a car left without any gas
I am a lamp without a light bulb
I am a heart with no beat to speak of
I am a dog with no yard to play in
A seed with no soil for my growth
A tree with no leaves
A head without hair
Two lips never kissed
Incapable to care
I am a dream without any hope
A goal that is never met
I’m like a bird unable to fly
Or a ballerina not able to dance
I am a singer unable to sing
And an artist unable to paint
